What we collect from visitors
Nothing. There is no sign-up, no contact form, no comment box and no newsletter field anywhere on this site. We set no cookies, run no analytics, and embed nothing from a third party. Every page is a static file.
What the host sees
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it processes standard request data in order to deliver the page and to protect the service from abuse: your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser's user-agent string, and similar. We do not use that data for analytics, profiling or advertising, and we do not combine it with anything else. It is handled under Cloudflare Pages's privacy policy ↗.
If you email us
The address above is an ordinary mailbox. If you write to us we keep the message, your address and anything you chose to put in it, for as long as the conversation is useful — because that is what a mailbox is. We do not add you to a list, and we do not pass it to anyone.
Links to other sites
We link out to GitHub, Substack, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and elsewhere. Those sites are not ours and their privacy practices are their own. Nothing loads from them until you click — no embedded player, no tracking pixel, no remote font or image.
Your rights
Data-protection law — the GDPR in Europe, the CCPA in California — gives you the right to know what a site holds about you, to get a copy, and to have it corrected or deleted. We hold nothing from visitors, so there is nothing to ask for. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, say so and we will delete it.
We have never sold or shared personal information, in the sense the CCPA gives those words, and we do not.
Changes
If Elmdin ever adds analytics, a form or anything that remembers you, this page says so before it ships, a consent mechanism comes with it, and the date above moves.
